Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. SIYA FAB will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

7. Damaged Package

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs or other relevant details so that we can assist you.
